2. Purpose of the Platform
Heartvale is a browser game for entertainment. Inside the game, an optional premium balance called Golden Grain can be bought for money and spent on in‑game content only. Golden Grain cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or converted into money, and the game offers no payout of any kind. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
3. Intellectual property
The game, its name, code, texts, music, interface and artwork belong to BRIGHT SALE MEDIA SL or are used under licence (3D assets by ITHappy Studios and other licensors; free assets by Kenney and other CC0 authors). Reproduction, distribution or modification without permission is prohibited.
4. Liability
The Platform is provided as is. BRIGHT SALE MEDIA SL is not responsible for the availability or content of third‑party websites linked from the Platform. The limits of our liability are set out in the Terms of Service and do not affect rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
